We’re dedicated to making durable and reliable products, but sometimes the unexpected happens. So, if there’s an issue with your Quiksilver product, we provide the below warranty.
Warranty: This product is warranted to be free from any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 (one) year from purchase, provided this product is used as instructed. For more information or to submit a claim, visit www.MNSBrands.com

Shipping your return:
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA#”) and a pre-paid shipping label (ASK JACK ABOUT THIS). Please do not ship your product to us prior to receiving your RMA#.
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
* Pack your item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
* Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This will include your printed RMA# and packing slip.
* Attach your return label to the package.
* Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the RMA# inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
